Division of labour issues

If we step back and look at the activities which are needed to service a client, how do we deal with the problem of managing the work that is required to on board a new client, or on board a new group in an existing client - like say with Vyne medical acquiring a new company or Tieto is migrating a new group over.

There is different work that needs to be done for these activities.
