Scheduling Time
So in a sense Covid-19 is forcing us to move rapidly to an inside model where we are servicing our clients remotely from Toronto. Serving clients remotely from Toronto does offer some advantages in that we can eliminate the down time that is associated with airplane travel.
When we shift into a model that enables us to schedule say 4 meetings a day using a more agile approach to client education versus 5 a week then scheduling takes up a larger proportion of our time and becomes a bottleneck.
So how do we solve that problem?
There are various solutions possible such as:
Dedicated co-ordinator role.
Using scheduling software that clients can schedule appointments in etc.
In a sense this likely is a future optimization in our process.
