Tools for measurement of an inside sales process
If we think back to some of the goals we have for our customer base - what are techniques that we can use to measure the effectiveness of what we are doing and where we need to focus our time as a team.
Different tools could include configuring custom fields in our CRM and then reporting on them.
For instance what version of Iguana each client is working on. Being able to cross reference with data like the value of each account should give us a good idea of where we need to focus.
