Covid-19 Reset Expectations

Covid-19 gave an opportunity to rethink about how we focus ourselves as organizations to deliver value to our customers.

  • Using traditional models of ‘outside’ sales engagement means means that most organizations never have the resources to engage all of the members of even their largest customers.

  • There are many clients that no organization has the resources to talk to at all.

    • Too many people, too separated geographically etc.

By re-thinking and optimizing how we use our time and effort to deliver value to our customers businesses have the opportunity to emerge out of these challenging circumstances with Covid-19 stronger than before.
