The dummies guide to emotional dynamics. Core principles of human communication - this is what the book should be called since it’s actual title might see a little ummm out of place in a business context. It’s meant to be a book about parenting but the reality is that emotional dynamics of a child are not any different to an adult. This book is where I got the kernel of the idea of problem solving from.
