Cadence

Cadence is a really important concept in effective management. This is all about how often are there good opportunities for members of an organization to check in, get help and guidance if they need it with their work or clarification to ensure that priorities are aligned with what is most important.

It’s a red flag if people in management roles are doing individual contributor work since it’s likely to distract away from making sure that cadence happens, information is flowing, people are being supported in doing their jobs etc.
