Banking should be comfortable

One of the things that makes my life unpleasant is paying for stuff with my TD credit card. TD bank is full of well meaning people but no one seems to be able to solve my problem of making it easy to spend my money to get the things my employees need.

For the last 2 years I have been unable to get anyone at TD bank to fix the problem that my VIsa will try and do two factor authentication by sending a text to my old non existent office number instead of my cellphone.

On top of that I frequently get blocks on my card for small purchases. It is a lot of friction.

I would love some help with this problem. My email is eliot.muir@interfaceware.com. I have banked with TD since 2001 - over the years it been over $100 million of transactions we have had going through - I know that makes us small and unimportant for a bank.
