The Marriot

The Marriot which is another organization full of lovely people who seem to have a brutal time to make it easy for me to book and pay for rooms - instead of making it easy for me to buy their rooms they instead redirect me to call centres in Arizona and try and sell me time share properties.

Similarly I have been trying to sort out my Marriot membership account for at least three years to get my account to work.  I would like either my email address eliot.muir@interfaceware.com to work or eliot.muir@icloud.com so I can use hotel rooms conveniently.  Right now it ain’t convenient.

I hope a lovely person at Marriot can help me with this because I love your hotels.
