A team working on a house - Analogy for a software team

Similar to the Solving a jigsaw puzzle as a team. This is good analogy made by @Prannay Sethi to explain to our customers about how a software team is like a team working on a house. If you want to make sure the team meets your needs then you need to talk to them at the right times.

If the team is working on the basement make sure you tell them where you need power points right then because after the walls are completed and painted it will be slow and expensive to get a new power point.

For similar reasons it’s a waste of time and stressful to the team to be talking about the front room when the team is working on the basement.
