Hubspot is a good starting point for businesses between 1-5 million in revenue so long as you are willing to give up a fair bit of control.

You will need a certain amount of revenue to pay for consultants on this platform to configure it. It’s not that simple to configure by yourself - we used the CMS and we had to use consultants to configure it.

Pipedrive is a good solution for a broader range of businesses from just starting out to 25-50 million in revenue - we use it. To make Pipedrive work you will need to do integration work - in our opinion with integration Pipedrive can scale more easily than Hubspot.

Hubspot is not a product for business who need tighter control over their data flow.
