Here’s the steps to get going with a test Hubspot system and an adapter.

It’s very easy to go to Hubspot and set up a free account. It makes sense to do this since integration work is a type of development. Using APIs does mean you can alter the data in the system if you set up those permissions.

This is basically where you decide what data can be read and written to. In the case of a test system it’s nice just to have full control. But if you had a production system you might want to be more careful about what data you give access to.
