Flonase

This is a product which comes highly recommended by friend Andrew. I have yet to try it. One thing he emphasized was that this product apparently doesn’t cause sinuses to contract as a withdrawal symptom. I have had other friends speak well of this product.

I am not a fan of chronic medications - this is good - it doesn’t set you up for dependency. I use it once or twice a year usually in the winter. See to things like humidity first.
