Ever considered buying from Wayfair? Don’t, my experience with their customer service sucks.

Wayfair is just a front end to thousands of furniture shops, they don’t take on anything like Amazon. The shipping, packaging is handled by the manufacturer. So why not go directly to the manufacturer? The only good thing wayfair does in my opinion is their search and curation efforts.

If you like something on wayfair, instead, right click > search image with google > look through the images to find the manufacture or another seller.

In my experience I have had luck with cheaper prices and better service.
