How can we integrate systems well?

So sometimes a video talking about direct personal experience with how we integrated our own internal systems is an easier starting point than a bunch of abstract concepts.

In this 2 minute video I do my best to explain how we went about integrating our customer relationship management system and our accounting system. My focus is less on how we did the technical aspects of the project but more about how we managed the conversations and communications internally as a team to get it done.
