Osmosis

Osmosis

Osmosis is the process of System Equalization in the concentration of substances by the movement of particles through a semipermeable membrane from an area of higher concentration to an area of lower concentration.

This natural process helps to equalize the concentrations on both sides of the membrane. In biology, osmosis plays a crucial role in the functioning of cells, as it allows water and nutrients to pass through cell walls.

It is also used for water purification. See Aquatru Water Filter.

Osmosis reduces in speed when there is less difference in concentration. Useful knowledege for a healthy diet - drink a litre of water before each major meal - it will help ❤️
