Detailed up date on our proxy server implementation

Overall the solution works:

• It was more difficult to implement because we had to find the issues with our new networking implementation - i.e. eating our own dogfood and finding the problems with it.

• We have to deal with HTTP redirects in order for the solution to work with Confluence.

• We do have some clear next steps.
