Anna is facing an increasing cost of living

Cost of everything is going up and Anna is a single unmarried woman. She is also a grandmother and has to support one of her daughter’s with raising her grand child.

She gets no healthcare benefits or sick pay.

One thing I over Covid is that I have learned that I have made it clear to her that if she has the sniffles that she should always be 100% honest with me and I will pay her even if she doesn’t come. She should never have to compromise her health and my health because of her financial needs.

I think we could work out a better arrangement where she could come once a week for some more money and focus on helping me organize my home better. I should also automate how I pay her since it’s silly for this to be a manual process each week.

She would really need to work on overcoming her inhibitions to communicate with me - i would want her to have at least two good conversations when she comes and before she leaves so I know what is happening and how we can work together.
