My cleaner has been shy about talking to me about her work at my place

She’s shy about seeking my time. And I am often busy when she does her work - it would slow her down if she came and spoke to me about everything.

How do we solve this problem?

I’ve started by making it more clear I really value talking with her and I need her help more.
