Windows Installer - Non Local System Account User

This quite a nice feature of the installer. You can install as a system user other than Local System Account. This can be nice for enabling file shares etc. for file interfaces.

We have not tested with Active directory domain user accounts - it most likely only works with user accounts specific to the local computer.
