Windows installer allows changing the working directory

Windows installer allows changing the working directory

We have the ability to configure the data directory for IguanaX in the installer.

See Create an iguana.ini file for custom installation. Changing the data directory means an iguana.ini file is created. This can be helpful for Windows installation where default C:\ProgramData\IguanaX\ may not be writable.
