Monitoring

Monitoring IguanaX and your integrations is made simple using a few key strategies:

The Dashboard is the main control panel for IguanaX. On the Dashboard you can get a quick look at the health of interfaces through key metrics like:

  • Status

  • Errors

  • Last Activity

  • Messages inbound/outbound per second

Notifications allow you to alert the right people at the right time of issues or potential issues. You can monitor for conditions such as:

  • Errors: If errors are present within any components

  • Queue Depth: If a component queue depth has surpassed a defined threshold - indicating your Iguana may require more resources to support your message volume.

  • Inactivity: If a component has not received and processed messages within a defined time period - indicating there may be an issue upstream.

  • Log Contains: Use the logs to monitor for any monitoring requirement. Trigger a notification if a defined keyword or phrase is found in a components logs.
