Make it easy for your sales team to understand context around your customers

Ever dealt with a company you know well and then dealt with a sales person who doesn’t know who you are?

We used the Slack adapter to set up this real time customer activity feed - seeing how visitors go through our download form - it makes it easy for the team to discuss what is going on. Although lol I think most of our excitement on this one was with the nature of the integration ourselves and how much more potential exists.
