Library to convert DBS files into VDB files

In IguanaX, we have a new way of defining database schemas using a simple JSON based format, called aDatabase Schema File (*.vdb). This replaces the use of VMD files and a format called DBS.

This was created as part of building the import utility for bringing in Iguana 6 channels into IguanaX. Here are the steps to using it:
