How to solve Iguana License Expired Issues

Sometimes, customer may facing channel unable to start up or Iguana unable to upgrade errors due to License or Maintenance expired. Here are some common license expiry issues and solutions.

Your current license has expired. Please update your license to be able to start channels. You can view or update your license at the Settings > License Entitlement page, or contact your account representative to obtain additional licenses.

Unable to start channels

Your iNTERFACEWARE Iguana license has expired. Expiry date: Wednesday, February 1st, 2023 @ 12:00:00 AM Contact the iNTERFACEWARE Sales Office to extend the license.

Iguana → Settings → License Entitlement → License Expiry Date

How to fix License

Login to my.interfaceware and activate a new License. You can Contact support at support@interfaceware.com with your Iguana ID and request an updated/new license.

How to fix License

Login to my.interfaceware and found the license based on the Iguana ID. Click on “Refresh“ icon to update the Maintenance Expiry Date. Copy the updated license code and update the current Iguana.
