  1. Euphoria or extreme optimism: A person may feel an exaggerated sense of well-being and happiness, often accompanied by an inflated sense of self-esteem or grandiosity.

    1. Okay you have described the average CEO/Founder. Moving on.

  2. Racing thoughts and rapid speech: A person's thoughts may race, and they may speak quickly and excessively, often jumping from one topic to another.

    1. The problem with working on core concepts is they cut across many areas so it makes it very easy to change topics since I see that Osmosis follows similar principles as how to How communication works in my company

  3. Impulsivity and risky behaviours: A person may engage in impulsive behaviours, such as spending sprees, sexual indiscretions, or reckless driving, without considering the consequences.

    1. One thing I observe is that when I am in flow state, social interaction can be very easy. I use eye contact, I can talk about any subject a person is interested in. See: Giving Praise in a Healthy Way, Empathy This tends to produce a positive social response in women which if I wasn’t happy within a monogamous relationship could lead to the opportunity for “sexual indiscretions”.

    2. I also problem solve through rapid iteration and my values are to make decisions quickly and learn. This might be a problem if I was on minimum wage but I am not, so instead I end up with nice solutions like Eliot's final(?) setup

  4. Irritability and agitation: A person may become easily frustrated or angered, often leading to arguments or conflicts with others.

    1. If my mind is busy re-arranging it’s concepts in a large way then my mind is busy. The last thing I need is additional information. In flow state my mind can take in a lot of information that most people don’t see. You see a peacock and think “pretty”, my mind is wondering how such a bird evolved in a way to be very vulnerable to predators.

    2. For this I am just very clear when I am in a state that that I cannot receive more information. This is something I have had to explain to those around me that love me. See Empathy - Emotional regulation has to happen before problem solving can happen.

    3. I observe I am a very sensitive person. I need my environment much better organized than most people to be at my best effectiveness. See Home Organization Concepts

  5. Decreased need for sleep: A person may feel rested after only a few hours of sleep or not need sleep at all.

    1. The idea of sleep being a 8 hour a day at night thing is a bit of social construct of the industrial age. See Jigar Mehta and read his paper on averages. See Sleep schedules

  6. Poor judgment and decision-making: A person may make impulsive or irrational decisions, often with little regard for the potential consequences.

    1. Shrug. I earn more than you do because I have flow states. And you think that makes me sick?

  7. Delusions or hallucinations: In severe cases, a person may experience delusions of grandeur, persecution, or other false beliefs, or they may have hallucinations, such as hearing or seeing things that are not there.

    1. Oh like believing that God sent his only son to earth to redeem our sins and was resurrected? Guess we need to put all the people with any speculative ideas like the Big Bang theory, religion and for that matter the DSM in the looney bin.
