This document show you how to access Iguana Training Account and Iguana Member’s Account

Iguana Training Account

Quickly learn your way around Iguana, see how the Translator is used, and get a feel for some of its most popular features in action through a series of online courses.

How to Create an account

  1. Email your account manager or solutions@interfaceware.com to access the training courses.

  2. Once a training account is created, you will receive the following email:

Welcome to online training with Iguana.

 An account has been created for you using the email address you previously provided. To access it and begin your training, look for an email titled “[iNTERFACEWARE Training Center] Password Reset“ in your email account to reset password and login. If you can’t find the Password Reset email, please go to the login page at Home and click on “Lost Your Password“.

Once you have logged in, you can start with the Iguana Training Series course where it will guide you to complete a series of Iguana training courses from beginner to advanced with Iguana Certification Exams in the end.

Iguana Member’s Account

From your iNTERFACEWARE Members Account, you can obtain permanent and trial licenses, transfer a license to another Iguana instance, view financial history (invoices, payments, amount owed), and update your profile information.

How to Create an account

  2. If you are an existing customer, please email license@interfaceware.com to associate your members account to your company account.

  3. If you come across “Account now activated“ error. Please try
