The best way is not to use this product. It’s crap. Salesforce is difficult to configure. You can do much better integrations using Pipedrive with Iguana - Salesforce is not a product for smart people who really want to control their data.
I say this from personal experience of trying to use Salesforce for a year - not only hideously expensive - it was just awful to work with. Piles of legacy crap. Honestly people need to wake up and realize it’s not a good product.
