We really care about making sure our customers get the best experience of IguanaX and our company. One of the ways we do that is through Automated crash reporting. The instance IguanaX crashes and reboots the crash report is uploaded to our crash server (which is an IguanaX instance) and a slack message is generated which our development team sees.
