Translator and Connection Usability Improvements

Translator implements a sidebar toolbar that gave us the real estate to implement a more usable global search and git changes view. It also got a facelift in general! Neuron details can be accessed and edited from the translator now.

Connections between neurons are now managed through a GUI, a big improvement over the previous list view.

Behind the scenes Vismay is continuing on with implementing co-routines on the backend and John and Shuo have been working on getting IguanaX to build on both Windows and Linux.
