Getting Started with HTML

If you are new to HTML or ‘coding’ in general, do not fear. We will go through a series of concepts to build up a solid understanding of the language so that we can work with it.

Before we dive into it, I think that it is helpful to watch this lecture about HTML. It will give you a very high level understanding of the things that it is used for and insight into how you can use the language to create certain content and functionality.

If this is new to you it is normal and expected that most of that would go over your head. That is okay - but after watching it I hope that you will have a greater understanding of the language, how we can use it and what some of the ideas behind it are.
