From the Component Card

In the component card’s Queue Position: click reposition. If the component has multiple upstream connections, use the Select source queue dropdown to filter and view messages from specific sources. Change the date to a previous date and time: After clicking reposition, the dialog will close itself and you will see the updated queue position in the component card: Close the card. In the dashboard, there should now be a large number of days or hours of logs in the QUE column.

Click on the Last Log timestamp in the component card, you should be taken to a log message showing that a new queue position was accepted: Go back to the dashboard and run the HL7 Map component. The component will begin to process messages from its queue and the QUE value will start to decrease:
