Ever dealt with a company you know well and then dealt with a sales person who doesn’t know who you are?
We used the Slack adapter to set up this real time customer activity feed. We’re iterating on it. This shows a sequence where the team identifies an existing customer. For privacy reasons I have blacked out the details of the customer but hopefully you get the idea:
We have this integrated with seeing how visitors go through our download form - it makes it easy for the team to discuss what is going on. Although lol I think most of our excitement on this one was with the nature of the integration ourselves and how much more potential exists.
