We are now offering cloud based installs of IguanaX. We are in the process of piloting the service in North America. The service is aimed at small businesses.

 How do I order this?

We will need to know what hostname you want for your cloud instance. For instance if your company was called acme then you could ask for:

 Place your order with sales@interfaceware.com

We’ll have a contract and service level agreement to give you.

 What you currently get around 28 gigabytes of storage for both logs, your components and any additional data you store

You can listen on ports 443, 7654, 7655-7777 and 8080

 Is this service HIPAA compliant? Nope.

Not at this stage. If you need HIPAA compliance you should install IguanaX on your own hardware.

 What is the service level agreement - SLA

Extremely limited at this point. Best efforts during Eastern business hours. Make sure you back up your code in Bitbucket so in the event of losing your instance you can recreate your integrations.

Data stored on this instance should not at this stage be your primary source of truth but applications like setting up a Mirror Database are possible to do safely.

 Base package does not include Health Level Seven parsing capability

This package is not intended for healthcare users.
