How to use this documentation

At iNTERFACEWARE we believe that to give you true control of your data it’s important to teach first principles. We want to take people from all walks of life and build them up to be the best versions of themselves.

One pattern you will see used a lot in this documentation is pages with expanding sections like below:

We start by trying to get everyone started on exercises which build your confidence

Generally as humans we are more encouraged to move forward with something when we experience success with it. So we try to structure our documentation with some simple step by step instructions to get you started quickly with learning how to use IguanaX.

But we really try and break each task down into foundational concepts

Foundational concepts are the core ideas that other more complicated ideas can be built from.

We’re really trying to build a product and experience here which isn’t about keeping you dumb, but is instead about bringing you up and making you smarter.

When we give task orientated documentation, we go to a lot of effort to cross reference to the underlying concepts

So when you learn a task, try and be patient with yourself.

If the tutorial references something you are not clear on, take the time to go and read about that idea.
