The chickens grown for meat have been shaped by North American tastes

North Americans apparently like chickens with big breasts and not legs. Don’t mean to seem rude about this but it’s just a fact.

Many consumers in Latin America and myself also find chicken thighs more tasty

Call me a leg man. Okay sorry that is a tacky joke. Sorry I actually find beauty in many different shapes. But I am told Latin American consumers find chicken thighs more tasty. I personally think they have more flavour - chicken breast meat seems pretty bland to me.

These chickens are not very healthy - temperature is really important, sanitation, antibiotics etc. yum yum yum!

I dunnoe about you but nothing to me sounds more attractive than a big juicy chicken breast with a good side of anti-biotics - delish!!! Yum yum yum!

These genetically modified chickens are not terribly healthy - their legs are too small to support their weight and that creates a lot of production issues. A lot of these chickens die during their short lives.

You have to be very careful with hygiene and temperature is very important.

Okay I admit - Yellowfin didn’t set it up, but it was very easy - just use the Starlink app and away you go - easier to setup than my Bell internet not as fast as fibre but still a good option for remote rural areas of Latin American countries.

Turns out ubibot have have products aimed at dealing with chicken houses and have IFTTT integration

Done for you is faster than building things from first principles at least initially. Chicken farms need time to learn new technology and new solutions.
