This section talks about how to go about using Iguana to really get the best out of Salesforce.

Find out the way to make the most of your salesforce implementation

The best way is not to use this product. It’s crap. Salesforce is difficult to configure. You can do much better integrations using Pipedrive with Iguana - Salesforce is not a product for smart people who really want to control their data.

I say this from personal experience of trying to use Salesforce for a year - it was just awful to work with. Piles of legacy crap. Very difficult development environment to configure. Learning salesforce is part of your life you will never get back - there is no skills which are transferable here unless you want to work on another salesforce implementation.

I don’t like the culture of Salesforce - none of the staff seemed to know their actual product.

Honestly people need to wake up and give it the boot - it doesn’t work. Talk to anyone in an organization with Salesforce and you will find they don’t actually use it for making their workflow more efficient.

At best it’s a painful part of their work to update it.

Slack is good though - you can do good things with that actually solve the problems that Salesforce doesn’t actually solve like:

Make it easy for your sales team to understand context around your customers
