title6. View current state and access the development environment

The bottom of the component card houses development related information.

  • Using Commit - View current commit or select the commit you want to run the component on - Choosing the code to run for your component

    • View Commit - Click View Commit to open the component Translator and view the selected current script in read only mode.

    • This is useful when deploying a new component as you can select a new commit to run the component and check the component code is what is expected before running, without the risk of making accidental changes to the script.

  • Connected To - Shows the component’s connected repository.

    • Use [ Edit ] to access and edit the component’s Translator.

    • If not connected to a repository, you will see a warning screen, prompting you to connect your component to a repository. [ Set Up ] to pull up the Repository Management Screen and connect the component to a new or existing repository.
