Editing the component description is Tags are a very important part of the design of IguanaX. This is because the description contains #hashtags of Iguana X as they drive a lot of functionality. This solution is very flexible in allowing customers with complex needs to solve many problems by using #tags (small expressions starting with #,like #admin, #prod#dev, #emr, etc.) which are used to drive a lot functionality in the product, to categorize and implement rules.

You can also do mass editing of #tags using Bulk Editing of Tags.

Tags are added to component cards for instance:

By adding #hashtags into the component description#tags to components, you are able to categorize your interfaces and filter your Dashboard.

Click on a component #hashtags #tags and the Dashboard will filter to only display components with the assigned tag. You can filter on one or more #hashtags #tags to refine your display.

You can edit the description of an individual component by clicking on the ellipsis in the card view.
