This a role we have currently with one person handling the very important function of being the first point of contact when bugs are discovered by staff and customers.

They help by:

  • Figuring out if the bug has already been fixed in the latest beta

  • Seeing if the issue is already known - i.e. a duplicate

  • Engaging in Triage of the tickets working with the developer manager to make sure issues are dealt with quickly

It’s been a very effective idea in really helping up accelerate finding and removing the bugs in IguanaX quickly.
