Similarly to components, you can add libraries to your collections in two ways:
In Settings → Collections
Click Modify next to the collection you would like to add to
In the Edit collection screen, select Library and fill in the library information
Click Add reference to add more libraries to the collection
Press Save once you are done.
The library will now be part of your selected collection and will appear when you click 
in the Translator.
In the Translator
In the Translator, click on the 3 dots (menu) next to the library you want to add to the collection
Then, click on Add to Collection
Select the collection you want to add to
Add a description to your library and press Save
The library will now be part of your selected collection and will appear when you click .
