Similarly to components, you can add libraries to your collections in two ways:
In Settings → Collections
STEP 1: Click Modify next to the collection you would like to add to
STEP 2: In the Edit collection screen, select Library and fill in the library information
STEP 3: Click Add reference to add more libraries to the collection
Press Save once you are done.
The library will now be part of your selected collection and will appear when you click 
in the Translator.
In the Translator
STEP 1: In the Translator, click on the ellipsis next to the library you want to add to the collection
Then, click on Add to Collection
STEP 2: Select the collection you want to add to
STEP 3: Add a description to your library and press Save
The library will now be part of your selected collection and will appear when you click
