Building good interfaces that deliver value is a team activity. In smaller organizations some of these roles might be performed by the same person but as an organization grows it may be necessary to specialize these work areas.
Integration Engineer
This is a technical person that needs to be able to understand data and how to use Iguana. They need to have good communication skills in order to communicate with other technical people in your customer.
Project Manager
The role of this person is to make sure everything gets done in the timeframe they need to be completed.
Security and Infra-structure Team
It’s important that this team is engaged in your organization to make sure the infra-structure set up is both reliable and secure. Security is a huge problem in the current IT landscape.
