Quickly learn your way around Iguana, see how the Translator is used, and get a feel for some of its most popular features in action through a series of online courses.
To get access to our Training Center, email your Account Manager or training@interfaceware.com with the names and emails of each team member that requires an account.

Support hours are 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. EST excluding weekends and statutory holidays recognized in the province of Ontario, Canada.

Iguana Crash Reporting
In the event of an Iguana crash, Iguana will generate a crash dump file located inside the Iguana configuration folder. To help with resolution and cause determination please email solutions@interfaceware.com and upload the crash dump file to our secure FTP server for analysis.
