Every organization using Iguana X is required to create an iNTERFACEWARE Members Account to manage:

  • Licenses - view current use, activate new licenses, or transfer licenses.

  • Financial history - invoices, payments, amount due.

  • Profile - Members Account users and permissions.

Set up your Members Account

 STEP 1: Go to my.interfaceware.com and create a Members Account

Visit my.interfaceware.com or click on Log In on our website to access the Members Account portal. Click Create an Account at the bottom of the page.

 STEP 2: Enter your information and click Create Account

 STEP 3: Go to your email click the Activation Link provided and login to your new Members Account

Once you create an account, an email will be sent to you containing an activation link.
Look for an email with the subject “Activate Your iNTERFACEWARE Account“.

Click on the activation link and sign in to your members account with the email and password you just created.

 STEP 4: Contact iNTERFACEWARE to set up additional Members Account Users and Permissions

Multiple people from your organization can be granted access the account, the following permissions can be assigned:

  • Full permissions: Activate new license codes, transfer licenses and view financial history

  • Read-write permissions: Activate new license codes and transfer licenses

  • Read-only permissions: View license codes

Every organization will have a Primary Individual with full admin permissions to the Members Portal. To grant permissions, the primary individual should email your Account Manager or license@interfaceware.com, with a message containing the permissions request.

Using your Members Account:

 View Licenses

Using your Members Account, you can click View All to view and manage all of your activated Iguana licenses. Select a particular license to see its details.

When viewing a specific license you can Edit Details or Transfer License to a new Iguana.

 Activate a New License

Using your Members Account you can activate a new license code for a particular Iguana ID, to register or update your Iguana license.

 Transfer a License

There are 2 methods to transfer a license:

  1. Contact iNTERFACEWARE to request a license transfer:

To transfer a license from an existing Iguana ID to a new Iguana ID, you can email license@interfaceware.com, providing the old and new Iguana ID. The license team will send a new license code for you to apply to your new Iguana instance.

  1. Transfer License using the Members Account:

In your members account, view all licenses and select the old Iguana license you want to transfer. Click Transfer License.

Provide the new instance details, including the Iguana ID of the new Iguana you wish to use this license. Click Save Changes and go into your new Iguana instance Settings>License and click edit to update your Iguana license code.

 View Financial History

If you have Financial Read permissions to your Members Account, you can use the Account History page to view current invoices and history of payments.
