Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Adapter

The Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM adapter is designed to provide a template for getting started with building integrations with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM via the DYNXCRM Library.

This component can be customized and adapted according to your workflow needs. By default the component includes a master queue fetch template to demonstrate the workflow for polling for active master queue records that were created on the same day.

• Microsoft 365 CRM instance (on premise)

• ADFS server configured to enable application authentication access from the Iguana server

• Dedicated CRM user
