Creating Narratives

Having a positive outlook and creating a good story about the organization can help it succeed and avoid harmful politics. It's important to create these narratives and get people to believe in them.

For example, in a healthy and successful development team, daily stand-up meetings are enjoyable moments where team members share their progress and get help or ideas. But in a team with negative narratives, these meetings might be seen as a controlling and oppressive waste of time.
