How can we make it easy for neurons to show their detailed status?

It basically makes sense to build on an idea that Iguana 6 has and provide a more powerful version of the same functionality - a runtime Lua API which allows us to set a block of HTML status in a neuron card and also alter the colour of a running neuron.
