I damaged my Tesla coming out of the garage

I screwed up and did this to my car pulling out of my narrow garage door. I had a poor nights sleep and I should have cancelled the appointment I had at 10 this morning. I was rushed - every week day I have meetings from 9 to 9:30 for my job and I had to squeeze in breakfast and another meeting.

This is the damage - let me know if you need any more information that can help you. I would like to know if I can safety tape this up so I can pick my daughter up from school leaving safely at 2:30pm.
