Every 'computer' person I know gets stressed by relatives asking computer questions
Why is this?
It’s stressful helping people who are not aware of some core concepts required to give the right information for a support call. When requests are made it’s often at the last minute and they arrive when you have other work which you are focused on - but I want to help! So this part of the concepts site represents a little bit of planning and preparation and it allows me to re-use these concepts for other helpful purposes.
