First night of using Oura ring

Well ironically I stayed up late the first night to charge the ring. Failure of judgement on my part lol. It ran out of power and I had a bad nights sleep, but at least I could measure it:

It was good advice. I took the day off work and together with a bunch of other changes I was rewarded with a good nights sleep the next day.
